I saw the recipe of guacamole first on a kid’s channel in Oman and immediately wanted to try it out as it is an healthy alternative to butter, lucky enough, that same week, I went to a restaurant  and they had guacamole on their menu, when I had a taste of it, I was blown away and promised to share with you guys which I almost never did. Some days ago, a friend put it up on her timeline and immediately I sent her a mail to send across the recipe and pictures, which she did! yippee! I am excited and cannot wait to try it, you should too.


2 Avocados

1 small onions, chopped

1 small piece of Garlic, chopped

1 Ripe tomatoes,chopped

1 lime,juiced

Salt and pepper

            1.   Peel and mash avocados in a medium serving bowl.
             2.  Stir in onion, garlic, tomato, lime juice, salt and pepper.

Season with remaining lime juice and salt and pepper to taste

Chill for half an hour to blend flavors and  eat with any sort of chips, bread, whatever soothes you…I ate mine with Oven baked chips. Enjoy!!!
